09 Mar Our Multifamily Management Seminar Was A REAL Success!
Resource Alliance (REAL-HR) hosted a management boot camp seminar on February 23rd. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the turn out, and our attendee feedback included the following:

We started with coffee, bagels and conversation and then launched into industry specific tips for multi-family managers to improve performance and limit liability. Topics included Employment Law Updates, daily Performance Management, Diversity and Sensitivity, followed by Wage and Hour compliance. All of the information was specifically geared towards the Multifamily Industry—only what managers need to know—no fluff! Randy Gepp (Taylor English) and Greg Hare (Ogletree Deakins) shared their employment law experience as our special guests.
