At Resource Alliance, we do all of the following — on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily basis — to serve your needs.

Team Responsibilities:

Annually

  • Assist in planning with regards to rates, benefit options and employee contributions
  • Ensure that the benefit plans are in line with HR and Corporate goals
  • Provide information and guidance on expanding company's benefit plans or adding additional coverage
  • Provide reviews on “Market Analysis”, “Physician/Provider Network Analysis” and an “Employee Contribution Analysis”
  • Assist with Open Enrollment

Quarterly

  • Evaluate plan options available to your company
  • Educate client on changes in the marketplace
  • Review call log with client – tracking daily activity for future plan consideration and education materials

Monthly

  • Update client on legislative issues that may affect client
  • Review billing for accuracy
  • Conduct new employee orientations

Daily

  • Educate employees on the features of their benefit plan
  • Answer questions about COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, plus other legislation affecting client
  • Answer employees' questions regarding plan benefits, claims coverage, ID cards, etc.
  • Provide administrative support as well as answer questions regarding enrollment forms, claims forms and where to send bills, etc.
  • Act as client's advocate with the insurance carrier on outstanding claims and provide assistance in filing appeals
  • Provide assistance with enrollment and termination issues
