Resource Alliance has been an invaluable partner to us. Starting in March 2005, we began offering medical benefits to all of our full time employees. Being a new company and having never offered benefits, this was a daunting task. The Resource Alliance staff of professionals took full charge of the entire process: starting with the employee census creating, moving into shopping rates, presenting quotes, analyzing each product offering and detailing each for an apples-to-apples analysis. Once we made our decision, they breezed though open enrollment — which was no small task, considering we had several hundred employees, two medical options and employees in at least 20 states! Offering benefits was not something we could have done without them.

Since our insurance policies renew on February 1st, Open Enrollment has always added a lot of stress and extra work to an already harried HR Department due to year-end obligations on top of normal day-to-day activities.
